We replace worn rubber or polyurethane components to eliminate suspension noise, restore alignment, and improve steering response.
Detailed Description: Suspension bushes are small, critical components that act as isolation bearings between the metal suspension arms and the vehicle’s chassis/subframe. They are typically made of rubber (or upgraded polyurethane) and are designed to absorb road noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) while allowing for necessary movement. Over time, heat, oil contamination, and constant flexing cause these bushes to crack, tear, or become soft. This leads to “clunking” or “creaking” noises over bumps, erratic steering behavior, and “alignment pull.” We press out the old, worn bushes and install new units to restore the tight, quiet, precision handling your vehicle was designed to have.
Key Technical Points:
- NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) Isolation: How the material and design affect passenger comfort.
- Interference Fit Installation: The precise pressing required to seat the bush correctly in the control arm.
- Upgraded Polyurethane vs. Standard Rubber: Offering stiffer options for improved performance driving.
